The role:
This position sits at the centre of supplier relationships, internal teams, and operational systems.
You’ll be:
- Driving supplier performance and pushing continuous improvement
- Maintaining accurate system data (and challenging it when it doesn’t look right)
- Supporting procurement and supply chain leadership with day-to-day activity
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure service delivery lands as it should
- Identifying gaps or weaknesses in the supply chain and acting on them
- Expanding and strengthening the supplier network
- Ensuring compliance across quality, health & safety, and environmental standards
- Supporting suppliers with system use and ongoing training
What do you need?

You’ll need to:
- Build strong, credible relationships with both suppliers and internal teams
- Communicate clearly and confidently, without overcomplicating things
- Balance collaboration with the ability to challenge when needed
- Have strong attention to detail and a data-led mindset
- Manage competing priorities without letting standards slip
- Be comfortable working with systems and picking things up quickly
